One injured in Vehicle Crash

Sheriff Richard J. Behnke, reports that on 01/03/2021 at approximately 1835 hours his office was called to investigate a personal injury crash near the intersection Glenwood Rd and Morton St, Wayne Township, Cass County Michigan.

Investigation shows that 40 year old, Dowagiac resident, Jennifer Tidwell, was traveling southbound on Glenwood Rd. Ms. Tidwell traveled off the roadway and struck a tree. Ms. Tidwell was transported to Borgess Lee Memorial Hospital for her injuries.

Seat belts were used and airbags were deployed. It does not appear that alcohol and/or drugs were a factor. Assisting in this crash includes Wayne Twp Fire and Pride Care Ambulance.
