2021 Pet License renewals will be sent out in the mail this week.
Please wait to receive your renewal form and instructions prior to renewing for 2021, please be patient with this process.

The 2021 Rabies Clinic (free vaccination) will be held on Saturday, January 16, 2021, 10AM – 12PM only.
In the Recreation Center behind Town Hall, 900 W. Bay Avenue, Barnegat
Rabies vaccinations only,
No license renewals at this year’s clinic, license renewals will be by mail only.
Bring your renewal form as proof of prior vaccination for the benefit of the veterinarian, please mark any personal updates as necessary to the record as you will receive a new Rabies Certificate as proof of update with your Veterinarian.
Only one (1) person per pet due to social distancing restrictions, residents shall wear appropriate face mask during the clinic.
All pets must be contained in carrier or restrained by non-retractable leash to allow for quick unimpeded transfer to the veterinarian for vaccination.

Skip the trip: If your pet’s Rabies vaccination is valid through 11/1/2021, you may submit your renewal and payment via mail, or drop in the drop box at the front of Town Hall. Please enclose a self-addressed stamped (2 stamps) envelope for the license return, all documents submitted will be returned with your license.

New pets only:
Seven (7) months or older:
If you have a new pet with valid rabies vaccination (through 11/1/2021) you are required to register with the Township by completing the enclosed form, return form with payment and proof of rabies in the manner described above.
