* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less at times in dense fog.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, southeast and west central Illinois.
* WHEN...Until 4 AM CST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility. With sub-freezing temperatures, icy spots are likely on untreated surfaces, particularly bridges and overpasses, and will add to the hazardous traveling conditions. In addition, rapid changes in visibility will be possible while driving.
* AFFECTED AREAS: MACON ... CHAMPAIGN ... CHRISTIAN ... PIATT ... DOUGLAS ... DE WITT ... MOULTRIE ... VERMILION ... EDGAR ... MCLEAN ... SHELBY
