Suspect Arrested for Multiple Counts of Lewd Conduct and Sexual Exploitation
In November of 2020, Meridian Police began investigating a report of lewd conduct with a minor at a residence in Meridian. Upon investigation, Meridian Police Department Detectives found evidence that the suspect, twenty (20) year old Karla RAMIREZ of Caldwell, had inappropriate contact and took illicit photos and videos of multiple children while in her care. Department of Homeland Security assisted Meridian Police Department in this investigation. RAMIREZ was arrested and transported to Ada County Jail for five (5) counts felony lewd conduct with a minor and four (4) counts felony sexual exploitation.
