Redwood City Police is requesting your help with a missing person at risk. Please see additional pictures attached to this email.
Missing Person -Chang Byeon 65 years old, Asian male, 5ft 90lbs, gray wavy hair, brown eyes, puffy dark blue down jacket, black short sleeve shirt underneath, blue jeans, black shoes. He walks with a hunchback and requires a cane to walk.
Last seen 01/09/21 in Redwood City at Safeway at sequoia station at 2:45pm . He was seen carrying black plastic bag and a long black cane. (see additional pictures)
Subject is at risk due to dementia and diabetes and requires medication.
