In advance of tomorrow evening's special meeting, the Borough Council would like to make available a chronology of the decision making process that led the Borough's formation of a solid waste utility.  These documents and the actions memorialized therein will be referred to frequently.  The Borough has conducted no less than eighty-one (81) public meetings between now and when discussions about alternatives to contracting for solid waste collection and disposal began.
