After launching a successful and ongoing war on gangs, Sheriff Victor Hill has now declared war on Domestic Violence creating a top ten most wanted list just for them.  Those who make the Sheriff’s Domestic Violence list are hunted every day by his elite 3 time award winning “Panther” Squad whose mission is to “stalk the  stalkers” and make them poster children for their bad behavior.

Brandon Phelps made #2 on the Sheriff’s new most wanted list for an incident that occurred in Forest Park on June 23, 2020.  On that date Forest Park Officers responded to Georgia Ave in reference to a domestic dispute where the victim allowed Phelps to come over to see his children. The victim stated that Phelps began accusing her of cheating.  Phelps then pushed the victim down on the floor and began choking her, and pulling patches of her hair from her head.  

Phelps did not attempt to choke, push, or pull out any of the hair of the Panther members who arrested him today on Courtney Drive in Forest Park.  Phelps surrendered very peacefully and is now a guest at “The Hill-ton” as he faces the wall at Georgia’s toughest para-military jail.
