Alaska State Troopers are investigating a fatal vehilce crash near mile 30.0 of the Seward Highway. One lane is blocked. Traffic will be allowed to pass, one lane at a time intermittently. Short closures are exptected during the investigation and scene documentation. Updates to follow.
