During a snow emergency, vehicles and trailers must remain off City streets. This snow emergency is in effect until noon Friday or until we completely plow your street of snow. Once you street is cleared of snow you may park there. There is no parking in any City of Windom alleys at any time year around.

Vehicles parked in the City of Windom streets and alleys will be ticketed and may be towed beginning at midnight until noon, unless your street has been completely plowed. In the downtown area of the Windom square, no parking year around from 2 a.m. until 6 a.m. Signs are posted designating that area.

The public may park in the designated municipal parking lots only. No later than six hours after the completion of the snow emergency, you must remove any vehicle or trailer parked in the municipal parking lots, so that we can plow them.
