This week, Warren County has averaged 65 new positive cases of Covid-19 per day, for a positivity rate of 16%. Knowlton has seen a jump of 17 positive cases in one week. Vaccine Update:
Warren County receives weekly shipments of vaccine and will continue to add appointments to the calendar as those shipments are received. However, there are now 4.1 million NJ residents eligible for vaccination, and the State is receiving approximately 100,000 vaccines per week. Demand for vaccine currently exceeds the supply, so appointments book quickly.
Warren County waits to receive their shipment for that week and then makes new appointments available. Residents should check the Warren County Health Department Facebook page—notification that new appointments are available will be posted there first.
If residents signed up for notification through the state’s notification system, please be aware that this system does not reserve a vaccine appointment for you. Residents will need to make their own appointment at a location of their choice. Vaccinations are provided locally through the Warren County Health Department and some area ShopRites. Residents who don’t mind traveling farther can obtain vaccinations through sites such as the Sussex County Health Department or the Atlantic Health site at Rockaway Mall. Here are a few local websites to check for openings and sign up for vaccine appointments:

For residents who have already had their first vaccination through Warren County: The Warren County Health Dept. will email you a week before the due date of your second dose with a link to book an appointment for the second dose. You should then reserve a spot for the second dose at the time/date of your choice. The County plans to set aside specific days for residents who are getting that second dose, and those days will be clearly marked.
