RIPON RECYCLING CENTER - SCHEDULE CHANGES
COMMERCIAL BUSINESSES ONLY
EVERY TUESDAY FROM 10:00AM – 12:00PM
Starting January 26, 2021, the Ripon Recycling Center will begin accepting recyclables from Ripon Commercial Businesses.
RESIDENTIAL ONLY
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY FROM 3:30PM – 6:30PM
EVERY SATURDAY FROM 8:00AM – 12:00PM
Starting February 1, 2021, the Ripon Recycling Center will be expanding its operation days/hours for Ripon Residents.
The Recycling Center will be closed on all major holidays.
The following are the rules that will be in place at the Ripon Recycling Center:
- Enter at the northern driveway
- Remain in your car until it is your turn to unload your recyclable material
- Ripon Residents & Businesses only at this time
- Residents/Businesses must unload all material into proper container
- The following are recyclables that are accepted at this time:
- Cardboard, must be clean and free of trash
- TVs & Screens, must be loaded directly into container
- Plastics
- Glass
- Mixed Paper
- Newspaper
- Styrofoam
- CRV (Aluminum Cans and Plastic Bottles)
Illegally dumping items at the Recycling Center outside of the posted hours of operation will result in a citation for violating the Ripon Municipal Code and will include a minimum fine of $1,000 up to a maximum of $10,000.
