Two suspects, an 18-year-old male and a 16-year-old male, were arrested for assault with a deadly weapon

LOCATION: 14000 block of Cedar Street
SUSPECTS: David Sanchez, 18-year-old male, resident of Hesperia
16-year-old male, resident of Hesperia
VICTIM: 43-year-old male, resident of Hesperia
SUMMARY:
On Saturday, January 16, 2021, at approximately 7:04 p.m., deputies responded to a residence located in the 14000 block of Cedar Street following the report of a stabbing. The victim was involved in an argument with David Sanchez, an 18-year-old male out of Hesperia, and a 16-year-old male out of Hesperia. The 16-year-old juvenile retrieved a kitchen knife and stabbed the victim multiple times. David Sanchez also armed himself with a knife and stabbed the victim. The victim was transported to a local area hospital with serious injuries. Both David Sanchez and the 16-year-old juvenile were arrested. David Sanchez was booked at High Desert Detention Center and the 16-year-old juvenile was booked at San Bernardino Juvenile Hall.
