Forest City PD requests the public's assistance in locating a runaway juvenile 
Officers from the Forest City Police Dept. are attempting to locate a runaway juvenile by the name of Kymer Janile Hines. He is a 15 year old black male, about 6’ 4” tall and between 165-170 pounds. Kymer is described as having black hair and brown eyes, with a mohawk type haircut, being shaved on the sides and longer on top.
