The City of Osceola will be enacting the snow ordinance effective at noon today and lasting through 9:00 am on Wednesday. This means no parking on city streets, alleyways, or in city parking lots. Vehicles left in these areas while the snow ordinance is in effect will be ticketed and may be towed at owner's expense.
