Man Suspected of Exposing Himself to Teen Girl

A man suspected of exposing himself to a teenage girl back in December was arrested Sunday morning.

Tommy Carrillo Rodriguez, 44, of the 2200 block of Corley Drive, is charged with one fourth-degree felony count of aggravated indecent exposure to a child under 18.

Las Cruces police learned that on Dec. 13, 2020, Rodriguez exposed himself and began to sexually gratify himself while watching a teenage girl unload groceries from a vehicle. Investigators learned Rodriguez was inside his apartment and the victim had to walk past it while taking groceries from the parking lot to her residence.

When confronted by investigators, Rodriguez denied exposing himself to the teenager. Investigators obtained video that corroborated allegations made by the victim and her mother. The video also identified Rodriguez as the suspect.

Rodriguez was arrested Jan. 24 and booked into the Dona Ana County Detention Center where he is initially being held without bond.
