* WHEN...Until 11 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Plan on low visibility and hazardous road conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... Snow will move into the region between 8 AM and 11 AM. A burst of heavier snow is expected during the peak from about 11 AM to 2 PM. Some bursts of heavier snow are possible this evening from Lake Huron enhancement.
