East Windsor Township Update on Coronavirus (COVID-19) Vaccination Information
Currently, the quantity of available vaccines from the Federal government and through the State government has not increased and remains severely insufficient to meet the demands for individuals currently eligible and wishing to receive the vaccine. Due to this severely insufficient vaccine supply, patience and understanding is cautioned as demand continues to far exceed the Federal government's allocations to the State and the County. The Township will continue to keep you informed of up to date information concerning the availability and accessibility to vaccines and updated vaccination locations.
Anyone seeking a COVID-19 vaccine is strongly encouraged to register with the New Jersey Vaccine Scheduling System (NJVSS). https://covidvaccine.nj.gov/ If you experience an error or need help registering with the NJVSS, you can complete an online form here: https://covid19.nj.gov/forms/vaccine/vss-feedback or call toll-free 855-568-0545. Mercer County has opened a vaccination site, administered by Capital Health, at CURE Arena in Trenton. There are an extremely limited number of doses. Mercer County states that for an appointment, you must first register in the New Jersey Vaccine Scheduling System (NJVSS). https://covidvaccine.nj.gov/ You will be notified when an appointment becomes available. DO NOT call Capital Health for an appointment, all appointments with Capital Health can only be made through the State NJVSS registration system.
Mercer County will be opening a regional vaccination site at Mercer County Community College (MCCC) in West Windsor, slated to commence on January 28. Township officials have requested and are still awaiting full details on operations and appointment process.
