The residents of the Town of Sherman are hereby warned and notified that a Town Meeting will be held via ZOOM on Thursday, January 28th at 6:30 PM to act on the following:

I. To authorize expenditure for the purchase and installation of 1 permanent generator for the Public Works building not to exceed $20,000 to be paid from the Capital Non-recurring account and to be authorized, approved, and reimbursed by LoCIP ( CT Local Capital improvement Program Grant).

II. To authorize expenditure for the purchase and installation of 1 permanent generator for Mallory Town Hall not to exceed $28,000 to be paid from the Capital Non-recurring account and to be authorized, approved, and reimbursed by LoCIP (CT Local Capital Improvement Program Grant).
