ARREST MADE
On January 16, 2021, Officers from Fontana Police Department arrested Freddy Baltazar, resident of Pomona, for Grand Theft of Catalytic Converters, Vandalism, and Felony Evading. During the investigation Fontana Officers and their detectives were able to recover evidence which assisted Walnut/Diamond Bar Station Detectives with solving numerous catalytic converter thefts from the cities of Diamond Bar, Walnut and Rowland Heights.
