The power is out in many parts of the City and there is currently no timeline as to when it will be restored. As a result, many traffic signals are not working. We ask that everyone please drive carefully, and remember to treat non-functioning traffic signals and dark intersections without power as a 4-way stop sign. Please help us promote traffic safety and reduce collisions.
