Sandbags Available to Chula Vista Residents Thursday and Friday 
Heavy rains are predicted for Friday, January 29. Chula Vista residents may receive up to ten sandbags at the Public Works Facility located at 1800 Maxwell Road. Sandbag distribution will be on Thursday, January 28, and Friday, January 29, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Proof of residency is required.
As a reminder, if your windshield wipers are on, your headlights must be on. Please do not attempt to drive through flooded areas.
Non-emergency issues can be reported online at https://www.chulavistaca.gov/departments/public-works/service-requests. For emergency situations, such as downed power lines or trees blocking a roadway, please call Chula Vista Police Dispatch at (619) 691-5151.
