Our Investigation’s Bureau is continuing to look into the discovery of the deceased female this morning. Many questions are still unanswered, but we can provide the following update. The female has been identified as Jasmine Morales, 24 years of age, from Fairfield. Our thoughts are with her family as they deal with this loss.
An autopsy was performed this morning which has ruled out any evidence of foul play or homicide. The examination confirmed the presence of controlled substances in Jasmine’s system, but more information is needed from the full toxicology report to help understand what happened. The cause of her death is inconclusive at this time.
