* WHAT...Total snow of 6 to 12 inches above 5,500 feet. Snowfall of 3 to 6 inches from 4,500 feet to 5,500 feet. Total snow of 1 to 3 inches from 3,500 feet to 4,500 feet. Wind gusts as high as 55 mph expected.
* WHERE...Kern County mountains.
* WHEN...Until 4 PM PST Friday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Black ice over Kern County mountain passes late tonight and Friday may cause travel delays and road closures. Visibilities will be reduced in blowing snow.
* AFFECTED AREAS: TEHACHAPI AREA ... LAKE ISABELLA ... FORT TEJON
