East Pennsboro declares a snow emergency - in effect until 02/02 @ 6:00pm. 
Snow Emergency Plan Initiated –
February 01, 2021 @ 6:00pm
East Pennsboro Township has put into place a Snow Emergency Plan in effect until 6:00pm on February 02, 2021.
Travel is discouraged unless absolutely necessary.
Parking on Snow Emergency Routes is prohibited. Parking is allowed at the Township building on the lot at 98 South Enola Drive. If you do park there, park in the back of the lot by the District Justice office.
Please do not shovel/snow blow snow back into the streets.
Patience is a virtue. Please practice patience during and after the storm. The Township has 105 miles of roadways. It takes a long time to make a complete a full pass. Crews are working in shifts and will get to all of the streets in time.
Check on your elderly neighbors. Make sure they don’t need help.
Keep fire hydrants clear of snow. The couple of minutes saved during an emergency might make the difference between life and death.
Remember – Spring is right around the corner.
