IMPORTANT NOTICE - Saddle Brook Office of Emergency Management REMOVAL OF SNOW AROUND FIRE HYDRANTS

****IMPORTANT NOTICE**** Saddle Brook Township Ordinance
REQUIRES all property owners within the township to clear snow around any and all FIRE HYDRANTS in front of your property. Please clear an area of 5 feet radius around the fire hydrant.

Township of Saddle Brook Ordinance 154-22;
REMOVAL OF SNOW AND ICE AROUND FIRE HYDRANTS

The owner(s) of any real property in the Township upon which any fire hydrant is located shall maintain the area within a five (5) foot radius of the perimeter of any such fire hydrant free of snow and ice so that there is no impediment to the use of the fire hydrant.
