City of Lisbon is issuing a Snow Emergency from 6 AM Thursday, 2/4/21 to 6 PM Friday, 2/5/21. 
The Mount Vernon - Lisbon Police Department has declared a SNOW EMERGENCY for the Cities of Lisbon and Mt Vernon beginning at 6 AM, Thursday, Feb 4,2021 through 6 PM, Friday, Feb 5,2021. Please remove vehicles from designated routes. Vehicles parked on designated snow routes during the Emergency face a $25 fine and having the vehicle impounded at owner's expense.
