SUMMARY:
On Friday, February 5, 2021, at approximately 3:22 a.m., Deputy Grant with the Hesperia Police Station responded to the intersection of Mariposa Road and Main Street for a welfare check on a male who was falling asleep in a vehicle and impeding the flow of traffic. Banuelos was arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center for PC32310- possession of a large capacity magazine, VC23152(a)- driving while under the influence, and VC23152(b)- driving while under the influence with a blood alcohol level above 0.08%.
