Due to the extreme cold, highway conditions, and forecasted snow; and for the safety of our staff and customers, Grandview City Hall, DMV Licensing Office and The View will have a delayed opening on Wednesday, February 10. City Hall, DMV Licensing Office and County Collections windows will open at 9:30am and, as always, require registration first to be seen inside at www.grandview.org/qless. The View will open at 10AM.
