Full Notification

On February 9, 2021, at approximately 5:30 pm, a female juvenile was walking in the West area of the Metlox Plaza located at 451 Manhattan Beach Boulevard.  When walking by an unknown male, he reached his hand out and placed it over the exterior, top portion of the victim’s groin area as he walked by her. 
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male adult, approximately 30-40 years old, with dark hair, dark eyes, bushy eyebrows, unshaven face with a dark-colored beard and mustache. The suspect was wearing a dark-colored beanie, a dark-colored zip-up jacket or hoodie, and dark pants. The suspect’s clothing was dirty but he did not appear to be transient.
