Due to the traffic congestion on Washington Blvd during student drop off and pick up, the Port Vue Police are requesting that everyone waiting to gain entrance on to school property near Washington Blvd to please pull over to the right shoulder as far as you can while waiting your turn into the school entrance. This applies from the Port Vue side of Washington Blvd and the Glassport side of Washington Blvd. This will allow for less traffic to accumulate as well as allowing traffic NOT waiting to access the school to continue on through. Pulling to the right shoulder will create a lane of traffic to move safely on. Please pass on this information to anyone that you know that may not have access to this NIXLE message. Also, be advised this request remains in effect until the student busses are back in service. Thank you for your appreciated cooperation.
