* WHEN...From midnight Saturday night to 6 PM CST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 15 minutes.
