Wind Chill Advisory until 12:00PM Monday 
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 20 below zero this morning, and from 15 to 30 below zero from tonight through Monday morning.
* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Illinois, along and west of the Illinois River.
* WHEN...Much of the period through Monday morning will see wind chills colder than 15 below zero. The exception will be this afternoon, when they are close to 10 below zero.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
* AFFECTED AREAS: WOODFORD ... TAZEWELL ... PEORIA ... MARSHALL ... MASON ... CASS ... FULTON ... STARK ... SCHUYLER ... SCOTT ... KNOX ... MORGAN
