Power outages, downed trees, icy conditions 
From Albany Fire:
1. Stay home.
2. Roads have down trees and possible down wires. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DRIVE THROUGH.
3. Assume all down wires are live.
4. Traffic lights are not working and stores will be affected.
5. Power company has been working all night, as have first responders. To get updated outage information go to pacificpower.net
6. DO NOT CALL 911 for downed trees. Only use 911 for emergencies: chest pain, breathing problems, active fire.
