Winter Weather Advisory until 03:00AM Tuesday

...DANGEROUS WIND CHILLS SUNDAY THROUGH MID-DAY MONDAY... ...SNOW SUNDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH MONDAY NIGHT... .Below zero temperatures combined with gusty winds will create dangerous wind chill conditions. There is a threat of frostbite to exposed skin. Another weather system will create snow Sunday afternoon to Monday overnight, creating possible travel hazards.

* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills. Wind chills from 20 to 28 below zero.

* WHERE...Kankakee, Iroquois, Ford and Eastern Will Counties.

* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 3 AM CST Tuesday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, until noon CST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as few as 10 minutes.

* AFFECTED AREAS: KANKAKEE ... EASTERN WILL ... IROQUOIS ... FORD
