SNOW EMERGENCY FOR THE CITY OF SOUTHGATE!!!

The City of Southgate has declared a snow emergency in light of the pending Winter Storm Warning. All vehicles that are parked in on the street, in a snow emergency area, MUST move their vehicles by 6:00pm, today, Sunday, February 14th, 2021. If you do not have a driveway and other areas closer to you are filled, you are welcome to move your vehicle to the basketball area and the Community Center parking lot, both located on West Walnut St.

Your vehicles must be moved in these areas in order to allow city workers to properly clear the city streets.

If your vehicle remains parked in a snow emergency area after this time, your vehicle will be towed and a citation will be issued. Your vehicle will be impounded to the Community Center. All fines and towing must be paid before your vehicle can be released.

Instructions:

Vehicles parked on the street in an area marked for Snow Emergency, must move their vehicles.
