* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until noon CST Monday. For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 6 PM this evening to 6 AM CST Tuesday. An extended time with periods of light to moderate snowfall is expected, resulting in significant snowfall totals.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in 10 minutes.
