* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, from 6 PM this evening to 6 AM CST Tuesday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, until noon CST Monday. An extended time with periods of moderate snowfall is expected, resulting in large snowfall totals.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening commute. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in under 30 minutes.
