* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, slippery road conditions and snow expected. For the Wind Chill Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of central, north central and northeast Illinois.
* WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from noon Monday to 9 AM CST Tuesday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, until noon CST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will be difficult with the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes impacted. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as few as 30 minutes.
