State and Local Agencies Send Strong Safety Message By Conducting High Profile IMPACT Inspections on 02/12/2021
Last year, over 1,500 people were killed in alcohol related crashes. The California Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) and the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Department addressed this problem on 02/12/2021 with inspections of licensed businesses that sell alcohol. These inspections are designed to point out potential problems at licensed locations and give those businesses a chance to correct the problems to increase public safety. We did five inspections and noted 16 violations. We will return to make sure they were corrected in a couple weeks.
