* WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 6 AM CST Tuesday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, until noon CST today.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning and evening commute. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in under 30 minutes.
