* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Tuesday. The steadiest freezing rain is expected 8 PM and Midnight.

* IMPACTS...Power outages and tree damage are likely due to the ice. Travel could be nearly impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the evening or morning commute.
