Highs will remain near or below freezing across the entire warned area on Tuesday, and lows on Tuesday night will once again range from near 15 to 20 degrees.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast Louisiana, central, east central, north central, northeast, northwest, southwest and west central Mississippi and southeast Arkansas.

* WHEN...Until noon CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Hard freeze conditions will result in damage to exposed pipes, and water main breaks are expected.
