SUMMARY: On Monday, February 15, 2021, at around 2:49 PM, deputies from the Twin Peaks Sheriff's Station responded to the 1200 block of Klondike Drive in reference to an alleged domestic violence investigation. Debora Countess was involved in an argument and physical altercation with the victim, resulting in Countess choking and physically assaulting the victim, causing injury. The victim was able to escape the residence once deputies arrived on scene. Several times during the incident, Countess walked out the front door of the residence holding an AR-style rifle, taunting deputies and demanding they kill her. At one point, Countess walked out of the residence and stood in the middle of the street crying with the rifle in her hands.
