...Dangerously cold temperatures and wind chills through this morning. Another round of snow for portions of Missouri and Kansas tonight...

* WHAT...For the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chills. Wind chills as low as 25 below zero. For the Winter Weather Advisory, snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up to two inches.

* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas and central, north central and west central Missouri.

* WHEN...For the Wind Chill Warning, until noon CST today. For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to 6 PM CST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
