Starting Tonight (2/16/21), Winter Parking Ban In Effect in Burlington

Burlington, VT – A winter PARKING BAN will go into effect for most of Burlington tonight at 10pm. With icy conditions and more snow expected this week, crews will be working across the City to keep roads, sidewalks and bike lanes clear.

Public Works appreciates your help. Be sure to check 802-658-SNOW for updates or keep your eye on the snow ban lights. The public is also encouraged to sign up for text/email notifications through VT-Alert. Sign up at burlingtonvt.gov/btv-alerts. Bans are always called by 3PM. Please travel safely and stay warm!

The ban will be in effect from 10PM - 7AM throughout most of Burlington, except downtown (midnight-6AM) and excluding the North and East side of Franklin Square (posted the next day).
