Update: 

The water and sewer plants are both down due to power outage.  The city is waiting for AEP, whose crews are working to restore electric services. This is a statewide problem.  As soon as we have more information, we will send another message. 

Chief Roush says to check on family and friends during this outage as it may be some time before power is restored.  The Police Department will conduct welfare checks upon request.
