City of Trinity water update 
The City of Trinity receives its water from two sources. The Trinity River Authority has a well field with eighteen wells and the City of Trinity has a well field with three wells. Although preparations were made, the winter storm, lack of adequate power, and overwhelming amount of people who left their water running throughout the night has been harder on the water systems than expected. Crews are working to restore water services now. We are anticipating having the water restored this afternoon.
In the event that we are not able to restore water, we will send out another Nixle update.
In reference to the power, the police department knows nothing more about when the power will be restored than you would. Calling the police department asking about the power only causes our phone lines to become overwhelmed. If you have a question about the power, contact the power company number.
Instructions:
Conserve water usage as much as possible once it has been restored.
