Update: 
Mathis Residents:  City crews continue to work at providing services, but are dependent on electric power to do so.  Therefore, power is required to produce and treat water at the water plant. Staff is also checking raw water pumps for ability to pump raw water to the plant.  In addition, the sewer plant is also dependent on electric power in order to operate before water can be turned on.  
Please understand that crews are trying to do everything possible to restore services.
