1st dose Moderna Vaccines scheduled for 2/19/21 have been changed. Your new appointment date will be 2/25/21. This change has been made due to vaccine shipping delays caused by winter weather in parts of the USA. Your appointment time will remain the same. Please do not show up more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
