Costa Mesa Police Officers were involved in an Officer Invovled Shooting. One subject was struck by a vehicle, the driver did not comply with officer commands, and an officer involved shooting occurred. Driver taken to local hospital where he passed away. Subject struck by vehicle in stable condition. No other parties or officers injured.
